Before anything else, I am a traveler. I am driven by curiosity—by the desire to understand how people learn, how cultures shape the way we think and live, how ideas take root, and how meaningful change actually happens. Travel has expanded the way I see the world, but also the way I work. It has taught me to pay attention, ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and appreciate that context always matters.

I have lived extensively in the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, and traveled widely throughout Europe. Those experiences have deeply shaped how I understand learning, leadership, culture, and context. They have shown me that culture influences far more than communication alone—it shapes how people learn, lead, collaborate, make decisions, and imagine what is possible. That perspective continues to guide the way I think, the questions I ask, and the insight I bring to my work through Xsight.

That same curiosity has shaped my professional journey. Over the years, I have worked across teaching and learning, innovation in education, research, evaluation, and program design, helping organizations think more clearly, build more intentionally, and better serve the people they are trying to reach. Again and again, I found myself drawn to work that sits at the intersection of learning, leadership, evidence, and the spectrum of human experiences.

I created Xsight as a place where those threads could come together. For me, this work is never just about solving a problem on paper. It is about helping people grow, helping organizations move forward with greater clarity, and creating practical solutions that are thoughtful, grounded, and built to last. I believe we learn not only from data and formal research, but also from observation, reflection, culture, and lived experience. Xsight is my way of bringing those worlds together—to generate better insight, support meaningful growth, and help people and organizations move toward stronger outcomes.
